We give you one year (12months) warranty on our products from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty for F-ONE and MANERA Australian customers.

 

F-ONE and MANERA Australia warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreation and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.

F-ONE or MANERA Australia will make the final warranty decision, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s).

If necessary, this information must be sent to KITE F-ONE and MANERA Victoria.

This product can be returned only if a return authorisation number is given by the KITE F-ONE and MANERA Victoria in advance. 

 

The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims.

 

The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible.
If a product is deemed to be defective by KITE F-ONE and MANERA Victoria, the warranty covers the repairs or replacement of the defective product only.

 

KITE F-ONE and MANERA Victoria will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of improper use of this product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, punctures, rigging with anything other than F-ONE or MANERA components, damage due to excessive sun exposure or to winds on the beach, damage caused by improper handling and storage, and damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.

 

F-ONE believes that accidents do happen and you can be left high and dry out of the water.
F-ONE understands that this is unfair so we offer an additional warranty to all owners of F-ONE products purchased through an approved retailer.
The warranty is if an owner damages an F-ONE or Manera product for whatever reason within 12 months of purchase you will be able to return the product to F-ONE and receive a 35% discount off the retail price for a replacement product.

F-ONE will not be able to guarantee like for like exchanges, but will offer what is closest.
To give you an example, if you forget to tie your board down to the roof racks and you lose the board off the roof and it is destroyed and unusable, you will qualify for the F-ONE warranty. (Must be within 12 months of purchase and purchase must be of full retail value to take advantage of this extended warranty)
